Our Ronald McDonald Family Room is located within the oncology unit at Norton Children’s Hospital – just steps away from the patient rooms. This Family Room allows the family to remain close to their child and to limit their interaction with others who may pass on germs or bacteria that could be harmful to their immune-suppressed child. Anyone who has a child receiving a bone marrow transplant at Norton Children’s Hospital can utilize this family room.
Our Family Room features:
- Restroom with shower facilities
- Kitchen area stocked with snacks
- Living room area with cable TV
- Computer with internet access
- Sleeping room for up to four families
