Meals from the Heart

Chef-led Experience with Chef Omar.

A simple meal can provide significant comfort for families after an exhausting day at the hospital. We invite you to visit us and prepare a hot, delicious dinner for our families with our amazingly talented chef, Chef Omar.

Experience the excitement of cooking with a professional chef, with the bonus of helping families in need. Whether you’re looking for a team-building activity for colleagues or a fun way to give back with friends and family, our chef-led experience with Chef Omar is a great way for groups to be part of our mission and serve families. As a Meals from the Heart volunteer, you provide so much more than food. You provide families with a sense of comfort and community.

To participate, groups give a $300 donation to support our meal program. Your donation is processed when you schedule. To arrange payment for the Meals from the Heart, Chef-led Experience using a check or alternative method, please contact Grace Hargreaves, our Culinary and Programs Coordinator, at Grace@rmhck.org.

Chef Omar will:
