As an organization that prides itself on caring for families with sick children, health and safety are of the utmost importance to us. To provide the safest possible experience, we require all guests, staff, volunteers, and contractors to be fully vaccinated, including the booster shot, or provide proof of a negative COVID-19 test within 72 hours.
Submitting Your Proof of Vaccination
- You are considered fully vaccinated if you have received your COVID-19 booster shot by February 19, 2022. If you are not eligible for the booster shot by February 19, 2022, you will need to provide proof of a negative COVID-19 test administered no earlier than 6 pm on Wednesday, March 2, 2022.
- Submit a photocopy or picture of your CDC-issued vaccination card by Noon on Saturday, March 5, 2022.
- Prefer to provide proof in person? Please bring your proof of vaccination and ID with you to the Red Tie Gala on March 5, 2022.
Submitting Your Proof of Negative COVID-19 Test
- Your test must be administered no earlier than 6 pm on Wednesday, March 2, 2022.
- The following tests are accepted: PCR test, Rapid Antigen test, or an FDA-approved At-Home rapid tests.
- Submit a time-stamped photo or copy of your negative COVID-19 test result by Noon on Saturday, March 5, 2022.
- Prefer to provide proof in person? Please bring your time-stamped photo or copy of your negative COVID-19 test result with you to the Red Tie Gala on March 5, 2022.
