Retaliation against any employee or individual for reporting incidents of discrimination, harassment, or other unlawful or inappropriate conduct, whether that person believes he or she is a victim of discrimination or a witness to discrimination or otherwise, is prohibited. Retaliation against any employee or individual is a serious violation of this policy. Any and all retaliatory events against an RMHCK employee(s) will be investigated, and, if warranted, disciplinary action will take place, which may include termination of employment.
RMHCK prohibits retaliation against those who report or participate in an investigation of alleged discrimination or wrongdoing in the workplace. Retaliation is a serious violation of RMHCK policy. Any employee determined to be in violation of this policy will be subject to appropriate disciplinary action, up to and including termination. Any employee, supervisor or manager who condones or ignores potential violations of this policy will be subject to appropriate disciplinary action, up to and including termination.
